Setting a Theme for Your Week Can Improve Productivity


Despite what you may think, every week is not created equal, especially in terms of productivity. There may be days or weeks when you feel sluggish, tired, or just not your best self. This could be due to any number of reasons, including the state of your mental or physical health, or just having a long weekend.


Whatever the reason, know this; you deserve and are allowed to rest!


At the beginning of each week, assess your mental and physical state to help you understand what you need to work on during the coming week. Then, set your theme. It may be restful, social, energetic, or productive.


It also helps to set a schedule each week so you know what responsibilities you may need to prioritize at certain times.


Remember: life comes at you fast, and your feelings and priorities can always change. Be flexible and give yourself grace.
